UAE-based professional services firm in United Arab Emirates Analysis delivered.
The firm had been approached by clients with East African operations and wanted to build local capacity rather than referring work out. They were considering Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania simultaneously and did not have the internal capacity to research all three. They needed a prioritized recommendation with enough depth to inform a board decision.
We prepared a comparative market entry analysis covering regulatory requirements for professional services firms, the competitive landscape, fee market benchmarks, talent availability and cost, client acquisition channels, and the risk profile in each jurisdiction. We recommended Kenya as the primary entry point based on market depth, client concentration, and availability of qualified local partners.
Analysis delivered. Board decision made to enter Kenya first. DBC facilitated introductions to two potential local partner firms through the Andersen Global network. Partnership discussions are ongoing.
