Julius founded Diaspora Business Consultancy to address a gap he experienced firsthand: African entrepreneurs setting up in the UAE were being served by generalist formation agents with no understanding of the markets they were building across. He built DBC as the firm that closes that gap.

With over 15 years spanning tax advisory, M and A, cross border structuring, and capital raising, Julius has structured transactions aggregating over N$1.5 billion across more than 40 deals, with primary market engagement across Namibia, South Africa, the UAE, and the United States. He has advised family offices, institutional investors, and growth stage businesses on deal structuring, capital strategy, and market entry across the Africa Gulf corridor.

He serves on the Namibia Training Authority Industrial Skills Committee for Finance and Business and has contributed to curriculum development for the National Council for Higher Education.

Bernadedt leads DBC's accounting and compliance practice, overseeing corporate tax registration, VAT management, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and statutory compliance for UAE based entities. For clients with cross border operations, she coordinates multi jurisdiction compliance requirements across the Africa Gulf corridor.

With over five years of professional experience, Bernadedt's career has included senior roles at internationally aligned professional services firms, including Big Four and mid tier international practices, where she developed deep technical expertise in VAT review, internal controls, regulatory interpretation, and governance oversight.

At DBC, Bernadedt is the advisor clients rely on to keep their UAE entity clean, compliant, and audit ready. She makes sure nothing falls through the cracks on the compliance side so clients can focus on building their business.

Thaddeus leads DBC's capital advisory practice, supporting clients raising growth capital, preparing for institutional investment, and working through development finance institution application processes. His multilateral network and fluency in institutional investor requirements give DBC clients a credible bridge between African business opportunity and Gulf and international capital.

With over 15 years of professional experience, Thaddeus has supported institutional reform, capital deployment, and programme implementation for public entities, utilities, and development partners across Southern Africa. He brings direct exposure to the due diligence standards, governance frameworks, and portfolio oversight processes used by DFIs and institutional investors.

At DBC, Thaddeus structures the capital advisory engagements that other formation agents cannot touch. His background in programme monitoring, due diligence support, and operational restructuring means he understands what serious investors require before they deploy capital.
