Namibian entrepreneur in Namibia Pitch materials rebuilt and reviewed.
The client had a working product, 3 pilot deployments, and a pipeline of 12 confirmed projects but no institutional funding. He had been pitching to local development finance institutions without success because his documentation was not calibrated to what institutional funders require. His financial model was built in a spreadsheet that had been added to over 3 years and was not investor-readable.
We rebuilt his financial model from scratch: a clean 5-year projection with scenario analysis, assumptions clearly separated, and outputs formatted for DFI review. We rewrote his pitch deck to lead with the problem, the scale of the market, his competitive position, and the use of funds. We identified 7 Gulf-based family offices and two DFIs with active portfolios in African energy infrastructure and made direct introductions through the Andersen Global network.
Pitch materials rebuilt and reviewed. Three Gulf family office meetings secured within 6 weeks. Client is currently in advanced discussions for a USD 2.1 million structured facility. First DFI has requested a follow-up site visit.
